Description

We are seeking to procure a suitable provider of strategic direction and specialist advice and support on all aspects of the Advice Skills Academy Programme across the Liverpool City Region up to the total value of £12,000. The Advice Skills Academy is a 3 year ESF funded project running from October 2016 to September 2019; to be delivered across the Liverpool City Region by a consortium of local Citizens Advice Services, managed by the Women's Organisation. The project will develop and deliver an integrated curriculum of accredited and non-accredited training to expand and develop the workforce for specialist advice services within the voluntary and private sectors. It will deliver interventions that: Address higher level skills shortages in specialist advice services. Provide training and support for people within the workforce to improve skills, progression, knowledge and productivity. Provide training and a support routeway for disadvantaged groups seeking to access further job opportunities in the sector. Improve management, leadership and progression capacity. Promote equality by improving the progression prospects of women within the workforce. Create a positive, innovative and sustainable culture of learning and development in local Citizens Advice Services across the Liverpool City Region.
