Quotations are invited by the Council of the Borough of Kirklees (the "Council") from Suppliers with relevant experience and ability to demonstrate sufficient capacity for a Consultant with expert knowledge, understanding and experience who is able to lead and undertake a review, research, and consider a system wide, whole population approach to the support offer for parents in Kirklees to include preparation for Parenthood through to adult years if that young person has Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND).
