Description

The University of Salford seek to procure the services of a Principal Contractor to undertake the repair and refurbishment of The Old Fire Station Bays and Bank buildings, University of Salford, Manchester M5 4WT.

The proposed works involve the complete renovation of the vacant buildings including; demolition of internal walls, reconfiguration of existing layout, removal of existing fixtures, fittings and finishes, removal of redundant plant, installation of structural supports, new M&E installations and installation of new fixtures, fittings and finishes.
