Description
Objective - To procure a single digital platform for all 9 NHS organisations that can support the digitisation of Mental Health Act documentation. This platform should be commercially available and adaptable to the requirements as necessary. The objective is not to develop a 'build-from-scratch' solution. This platform will be available to all users of the MHA and will allow users to communicate via the application, improving the efficiency of care. The solution must be able to integrate with existing electronic patient records and electronic medicines administration systems with the goal of automated data flow. The procurement of this software solution includes all relevant software, license(s), hardware (as proposed by the Bidder), implementation, and maintenance and support services that leverage existing infrastructure.
