Description

The Authority has made a commitment to sustainability and to reduce its activity-related carbon emissions. This has been integrated within the wider redevelopment strategy.

The Trust requires LED Lighting upgrades across The Furze, Tower Block Levels 2-8, Maternity Ward and Estates Department at Hillingdon Hospital and the Princess Christian Building at the Mount Vernon Hospital. Please see separate folder titled 'THILL362 Annex B2 Specification - LED Lighting' for further details on the requirements.

The lighting installation should as a minimum be compliant with CIBSE LG02 Lighting for Healthcare (2019) and wiring should be compliant with BS 7671 current edition and in accordance with the further requirements detailed in the Specification.

All of the above projects are dependent on the approval of a UK Government PSDS Grant which has been agreed in principle with Salix through a grant offer letter.
