Description
Development and delivery of training workshops to a group of 6 employers. The training will consist of 2 main themes. (1) Enable employers to mentor young people in Year 10, 12 and 13 to make informed choices around ATE. (2) Enable employers to give young people key information to support general ATE knowledge and give hints and tips for the application process. (Produced workshop training material to be used to train future employers)
