Description

This project is only open to Suppliers who have ben shortlisted on Fusion 21Framework Arrangement

Warwick District Council invites tenders for the provision of Cyclical Painting & Decorating for properties owned, or managed by Warwick District Council, on an ad-hoc basis, in accordance with the specification and ITT documents.

The contract is for the external painting and decorating of circa 700 dwellings during the financial period of 2018/19. The architype is predominately made up of terraced, end terraced, semi-detached or detached houses of no more than 2 storeys in height.

The council has adopted the mini competition procedure using the Fusion 21 Cyclical Decoration and Repairs framework.

The contract will be for a fixed term to Friday 29th March 2019

The Contract Value is approximately £150,000.00
