East Midlands Tri-Service Consortium (Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire Fire & Rescue Authority) have been conducting pre-market engagement in preparation to go out to tender for a Control mobilising solution. The pre-market engagement is designed to communicate the Authority's needs to suppliers, openly and transparently discuss possible solutions, stimulate innovation in design and delivery and understand the market capacity, capability, trends and risks.
