Description

The RIIO team would like to procure consultants to provide technical support in auditing NGGT's methodology and model used for the assessment of network capability review. Consultants are also required to review NGGT's proposed network capability targets set for RIIO-2 and beyond, and provide recommendations on the appropriateness of the design and target level.
