Description

Nottingham City Council (the 'Authority' or 'Employer') is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced and qualified contractors to tender for electrical infrastructure upgrade works to the Eastcroft Depot, London Road, Nottingham, NG2 3AH.
The works are briefly summarised below:
• Modification and isolation of existing incoming statutory services.
• Provisional of incoming electricity supply.
• Alteration and/ or strip out of existing services.
• HV electrical supply
• LV electrical distribution system.
• General and emergency lighting systems (to sub- station and WPD substation).
• Telecommunications systems.
• Fire detection and alarms.
• Earthing and bonding systems.
• Lightning protection systems.
• Data systems.
• Concrete slab for new substation and associated builders work.
• All builders work for project including trenches, building entries and making good, including road, hardstanding and path reinstatement works.
