Description

The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames Council (RBK) is preparing a new Local Plan to set out a spatial strategy that identifies where the growth that needs to be accommodated within the Borough will be located. An evidence base is required to support new planning policies and proposals in the new Local Plan as well as to assess planning applications. An employment land review study which expresses the strategic direction for the Borough's employment land is needed to support evidence-based and coordinated employment planning policies which enhance economic development and employment provision and protection.
