Description
Norwich City Council ("the City Council") are looking to appoint ,as a business opportunity, an operator to Lease the Building Townshend House in Norwich
The operator will be required under an agreement to lease to
i) Carry out the refurbishment, works and
ii) Manage the innovation hub as a Concession arrangement
Townshend House is owned by the City Council and the intention is to refurbish this building and transform it into a leading digital hub for sub-leasing to local businesses and residents
Funding for the refurbishment will be provided by a DLVHC grant (details to be provided in the tender package ITT)
Following refurbishment ,the property will be operated by the successful bidder as a concession under a lease and service level agreement
If a concession payment or rebate is anticipated or secured through the procurement process this will be included as a contractual provision within the lease
