Description

The work which will be undertaken by the Contractor has distinct strands of activity, addressing cultural challenges with embedding the Compliance Professional Standards and wider issues with our communications and products around quality and customer
experience:

A. Provide the foundations for embedding the Compliance Professional Standards (CPS) into how people work every day -develop a map of the challenges and the potential ways forward

B. To create a single story which pulls together the HMRC Values, Our Commitments, Respect at Work (R@W), HMRC Charter, Compliance Professional Standards and the Race Equality Action Plan so they all support each other and are anchored in a common HMRC purpose.

C. Share insights and explore implications with the Senior Leadership Team in working sessions.
