The Authority is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to carry out soft landscaping works and planting at Southlands School, Beach Road, North Shields, NE30 2QR. The commencement of works is anticipated to be October 2023 and tenderers should make note and ensure they are available to complete works during this time.
