Description
The University of Chester is seeking to appoint one contractor to provide legionella control services for all water systems on its estate. These services comprise of the flushing, monitoring and inspection of water systems including the co-ordination, management and administration of these services to enable the University to achieve full legionella risk control. The contract will be for a period of three years with the option to extend for a further two periods of 12 months.
Additional Information:
1: Envisaged minimum number of candidates is 5,
2: Project value estimated at GBP60,000.00 per annum; GBP180,000 for initial 3 year term, excluding potential extension options.
Actual demands and volumes may vary over the contract term, as buildings may be taken out of use, (either temporarily or permanently), or new buildings/campuses brought into use that are additional to the schedule.
This opportunity has also been submitted for publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
