Description

Direct Award for Provision of Legal Advisers Legal Advisers for Rolling Stock Advice and therefore we would like to award the contract to you.

The call-off contract shall commence on the 10th October 2022 and the expiry date will be 9th April 2023 for a period of seven months. The total contract value will be up to £50,000 excluding VAT.

This Direct Award is being offered under Panel RM6204 Rail Legal Services Framework and the Panel Terms and Conditions shall apply.


- The contract term has been extended by 6 months and the new contract expiry date is the 9th October 2023.
- The contract value has been extended by an additional £25,000 excluding VAT and the total contract value is up to £75,000.00 excluding VAT.
