Description
The current Avaya telephony system has been in place for over 15 years and has reached end of serviceable life and manufacturer support and is due for replacement by end of September 2025.
The Avaya telephony system is licensed to support 50 Call Centre Agents and 10 Supervisors. There are approximately 1800 standard user licenses used across all departments corporately receiving approximately 700,00 calls annually.
To continue supporting our end of life Avaya Aura (7.1 suite) telephony platform we require the below:
1. Avaya subscription
2. Support and maintenance
3. Virsae remote call management system
