Description
Following a decision by the R&R committee in October 2020 to demolish the existing Kingfisher Leisure Centre building and comprehensively redevelop the site with a new leisure and community facility, RBKuT wish to appoint an RICS accredited company of Chartered Surveyors to oversee and lead (for and on behalf of the Council), all stages (up to and including Practical Completion and handover) of the demolition programme relating to the existing Kingfisher Leisure Centre building.
The appointed Surveyor will act as Employers Agent and Lead Consultant.
