Description

Colchester Borough Homes, acting as Contract Administrator, on behalf of Colchester Borough Council (the Council) wishes to commission a Comar Architectural Aluminium Systems approved contractor to provide replacement Comar windows and entrance door screen at Lion Walk Activity Centre, 31 Eld Lane, Colchester, CO1 1LS.

The works required are the removal of the existing aluminium framed single glazed casement windows in timber sub-frames and glazed entrance screen, and their replacement with new Comar thermally broken aluminium framed double glazed casement windows and entrance door screen, and associated sundry works.
