Description

Runnymede Borough Council ('the Authority\") invites tenders for the conversion of an existing two bedroom self-contained flat and associated external communal store rooms into one 1bed flat and one studio flat at Grove Court, Egham, a block of 53 Independent Retirement Living (previously known as sheltered) Housing units, and some communal facilities. The flats are predominantly one bedroom flats over three floors in a block that was purpose.
