Description

The requirement is for a hardware replacement support contract. The contract will provide 24/7/365 replacement parts support with a 4 hour delivery to the DVLA site at Swansea.

The contract is for an initial 2 year period, with a proposed start date of 1 August 2017, and includes the option of a 1 year extension which will be exercised at the sole discretion of DVLA.
