Description
Birmingham Property Services is seeking a suitably qualified organisation who can assist with the implementation of a rates mitigation strategy within existing legislative requirements..
The contract will be for a period of 1 year and will commence on 29 January 2016 until 28 January 2017 with the option to extend for a further year subject to satisfactory performance.
Award will be based on the evaluation criteria stated in the quotation pack.
