Description

His Majesty's Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS) requires a Workforce Design Partner to analyse activities, timings, weightings and costings to inform future HQ structural design, evidencing where efficiencies can be realised and business process mapping to explore opportunities for service decentralisation etc. to augment HMPPS capability and capacity, to implement the objectives of the Programme. This is a high profile, high priority and complex programme within HMPPS.
