Description
Rykneld Homes Ltd (RHL) is seeking to appoint one contractor to undertake electrical works associated with our annual Domestic Electrical Installation Condition Reports (DEICR) programme and associated works as a result of this programme. The annual testing programme consists of approximately 1000 properties in North East Derbyshire. Bidders will deliver complete all electrical works to properties to the BS: 7671 18th Edition and RHL associated specifications.
This tender is for the completion of a minimum of 1000 DEICR and associated category one C1 and category two C2 remedial works up to £200 in value per test. The remaining approximately 600 annual DEICR will be completed by Rykneld Homes electrical staff or the successful contractor as instructed.

The contract is for one year in length with potential for a further one-year extension subject to successful completion of the initial contract period.
The successful contractor will work within the entire District of North East Derbyshire.
The contractor will be appointed to ensure that the 2020/21 element of RHL's 5 year testing programme is serviced and that all properties that require inspection and rectification work remain 100% compliant at any given time.
