Description
NHSBT currently operates Forcepoint Cloud Email Service that allow both Internal and External email users to send and receive email. The service is configured to act as a validator of inbound email to ensure all unwanted SPAM and other suspicious email gets stopped at the gateway, carryout an anti-virus review and allows for customised email flows where confidential email is sent with a password and the email is stored on the cloud service until recovered by the receiver. The aim of this procurement exercise is to continue to support the needs of the users of the service and to allow the email services to continue functioning, this service has also been evaluated by the Office 365 Email migration service as a need to continue giving a consistent user interface to the Quarantined email as presently available and offers more features and better security than the ones available out of the box with Office365.
