Description
The Council are seeking a suitably qualified contractor to fabricate three x artworks and one x Lightbox and the supporting frame structures and to install onto the facade of the Victoria Plaza Shopping Centre, Southend on Sea. The procurement process will be conducted electronically via the Council's e-tender facility Pro-Contract: https://procurement.southend.gov.uk.
