Description
This notice is for expression of interest in tendering for works to existing building at the Cold Store in Birmingham in relation to the fit out of a new centre for Princes Trust. The works involve mainly interior fit out to an existing listed building, mostly on the first and second floors.
A pre-qualification questionnaire will be made available to interested parties on the 25th November 2016, from which a short list of contractors will be chosen to form the final tender list.
