Description

Payment gateway services, fully hosted by the vendors enabling the Councils' IT network to remain out of scope of PCI DSS regulations. A system that can be fully integrated with the existing accounts system and potentially, other information management systems in use at the Councils. A system that offers multiple payment channels in addition to all customer-present and customer-not-present card transactions. A system that will be fit for purpose through a significant period of change as both Councils are superseded by the new East Suffolk District Council anticipated to be 2019 (subject to confirmation by the Secretary of State). The contract duration is for 3 years with a possible extension for a 1 plus 1.
