Electronic Homecare Monitoring EHCM software used in the delivery of our Domiciliary Care services; enables Providers to rota plan, invoice and report on homecare service delivery; enables SBC to monitor contract compliance, pay for delivered hours and minutes as opposed to commissioned hours and more efficiently manage the payment process.
EHCM has formed part of our Domiciliary Care provision for several years and is an important component of the current Domiciliary Care provision.
