We are out to tender for replacement or over-cladding of roof line works, to multiple and one off properties covering both Herefordshire and Worcestershire

The contract is a schedule of Rates contract (SOR) and the schedule is to be priced in full by the tendering contractor. The rates are to include for safe systems of work and work at height regulations and include for all access equipment. The majority of work will be to two story properties but some three story work may be envisaged. The evaluation will be on priced SOR and include for all rates scheduled for typical two story dwelling with dormer window including guttering soffits fascia board RWP barge board Etc.
