Description

The need for this research and analysis and its inclusion within the GDMP delivery programme, has been developed through the six in-country scoping visits and numerous requests by the host country governments.

This package of work will include:

Assess current procurement policy and requirements within each country based on a number of factors, including its facilitation and fit for purpose in:

making it easier for suppliers to do business with the governments
creating an environment of transparent, open, fair and non-discriminatory competition

Assess possible changes to legislation, which would support procurement reform.
