Description

This proposal, commissioned by Defra as by Defra as part of Contract L (the contract covering TB) for 2018/19, to enhance the availability of data and information required to lower bTB risk by further developing ibTB through a structured set of product development activities, namely user requirement, technical feasibility and proof of concept studies. It specifically covers the Defra/Welsh Government requirements to explore the feasibility of extending ibTB to cover the requirement to provide information to enable farmers to utilise risk-based trading.
This is a joint project between - The Data Systems Group (DSG) APHA, The Environmental Group Oxford (ERGO) and Cardiff University. This form covers the proposed contract with ERGO
