Cambridgeshire County Council are conducting a soft market testing exercise to identify information relating to a Highways Asset Management solution, providing a fully integrated, end to end, mobile platform for internal use, with contractor and customer engagement.
· A SAAS solution, or hosted by vendor
· Provide management oversight of the Highways Maintenance service
· Be compliant with relevant legislation(s) and codes of good practice
· Offer sophisticated Asset Management and Asset Valuation
· Provide mobile working capability with real-time communications for relevant activities
