Description

Coast and Country Housing are seeking a suitably qualified contractor to carry out servicing and maintenance and also repair works to Fire Alarm systems, Emergency Lighting and Smoke Control Systems within the Redcar area.
We are looking to engage a suitable contractor to carry out periodic servicing and repair of fire alarm systems, emergency lighting and smoke control systems in 57 premises across Coast & Country's property portfolio.

All maintenance and repairs to our operational fire systems and fire protection devices will be compliant with the requirements of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order (2005), relevant British Standards and all associated Approved Codes of Practice.

The contract typically covers non domestic premises, including offices, community centres and communal areas of multi occupied blocks of flats, however, includes number of domestic residences where devices are interfaced into the main fire detection and alarm system.



The main works to be provided under this contract are as follows:
1.Servicing, testing and inspection of fire detection and alarm installations;
2.Servicing, testing and inspection of emergency lighting installations;
3.Servicing, testing and inspection of smoke control installations;
4.Testing and inspection of Alarm Management installations (Drax);
5.Provision of a 24 hour, 365 day call out service for attending breakdowns / faults to the installations referred to above; and
6.Completion of repairs, as and when required, to the installations referred to above.
