Description
The West Yorkshire Combined Authority is planning on undertaking three ICT led developments. An interactive process mapping platform, an all-staff Knowledge Management platform and provide staff with hands-on training/guidance (and where necessary input) on how to use current tools offered by the M365 suite so that non-technical staff have the skills, enthusiasm and knowledge to experiment with small-scale digitisations in their teams.
