Description

Historic England own Fort Cumberland which is located near Portsmouth. It is used as offices and archaeological laboratories, and has some tenanted buildings.

Following a recent condition survey, Historic England M&E team have drafted a schedule of urgent electrical repairs.

The project involves works to existing distribution equipment and cabling to include
replacements and refurbishments to bring installations up to a condition compliant with current regulations to include, principally BS7671, 18th Edition, Amendment 3 of the IET wiring regulations and also all other relevant current statutory requirements.

The work items to be addressed are highlighted in Historic England Board and Cable Schedule Rev 3, and supporting documents.
