Description
TfL is running a procurement to appoint a joint venture development partner for an around station development (ASD) at
South Kensington station. The ASD will be an exemplary mixed use development (with opportunities including but not limited
to retail, residential and office space). Refurbishment, full retention and new build opportunities exist across the site, estimated
to accommodate between 50,000 and 100,000 square feet of commercial and residential floor space. South Kensington is
one of the busiest stations in London, used by 30 million passengers per annum. TfL also has plans to deliver a substantial
upgrade to station capacity, which will include accessibility and aesthetic improvements.
