Description

The Town Council is considering updating current access controls to the doors to the public toilets owned and operated by the Council.

The intention behind any changes would be to update and modernise existing access controls entry.

As part of these considerations the Council is interested in options of either to provide contactless only control access or contactless / coin hybrid control.

Any solution ideally it would enable a means of being remote operated so that doors can be set to open/lock at specific hours.

Servicing and Maintenance package would require to be included.
Anti-theft protection needs to be a consideration.

A formal budget has yet to be set out but anticipated that £15k to 30k spend.
