This procurement is being concluded following a mini competition under the CCS RM6187 Framework.

Brief Description of Requirement

The purpose of the project is to review and design the Investment Directorate's organisational structure and key elements of its strategy and processes to best enable the directorate to deliver on the UKSA 'Catalyse Investment' Value Proposition. The project has been given set high-level priorities to deliver. 4. Space Catalyst Fund (SCF) - to set up new matchmaker programme and create a front-door to direct interested stakeholders to appropriate national or ESA innovation funds.
5. Partnerships and Partner Management - to understand how best UKSA should manage its partners/stakeholders to catalyse investment in the space sector.
