Description

Advance Northumberland (Developments) Limited, trading as Advance Northumberland (Developments) Ltd requires bulk material removal from 1 location within our development portfolio resulting from construction work.

Northumberland Energy Park, NEP1 - Former Blyth Power Station Site, Brock Lane, East Sleekburn, Cambois, Northumberland NE22 7BW
Estimated volume: 13,000 cubic metres.

The materials to be disposed of are construction and demolition waste arising from the dock excavation and construction works, including crushed concrete, fill from the time of the power station construction, infill from demolition and excavation of underlying natural ground materials and soil. The spoil has been placed in three separate stockpiles, named C2S, SSM1 and SSM2, which have been sampled for potential contaminants and Waste Acceptance Criteria (WAC) testing.
