Description

Progress Housing Group (PHG) are seeking an experienced Contractor to complete a refurbishment and adaption to 22 Park Avenue. This property is currently unoccupied. As existing the property is not suitable to meet tenant's needs. PHG intend to source a compliant Contractor to take on the adaptation and refurbishment works to this existing domestic property. The Contractor will need to be fully compliant with all Health and Safety regulations and any other industry requirements. In summary, the works include the following;

• Internal alterations and refurbishment works within the existing property to form tenant and staff quarters.
• Associated plumbing and M&E services to the refurbishment.
