Description

Norfolk County Council wishes to establish a framework agreement of specialist support advisors to deliver effective, targeted, specialist business support to SMEs and start-ups in the cultural sector, with the purpose of establishing an enterprising, entrepreneurial approach to growth.
Successful applicants will be appointed to the framework agreement to provide specialist support advice in accordance with the service specification, together with the documents making up the Framework. There is no guarantee of business.

The Council's total budget is £112,200, however this does not represent a commitment to purchase the value stated, either as a minimum or a maximum, under the Framework. Orders placed off the framework will be awarded on an individual basis.
