Description

Durham County Council is looking into a potential procurement exercise for the provision of multiple providers to deliver Adult Specialist Residential Care services in County Durham

The Adult Specialist Residential Care provision in County Durham will incorporate Learning Disabilities, Mental Health and Physical Disability.

The Council is looking to establish a panel of providers for each of the service user groups above, which specifies a clear schedule of rates based on individually assessed needs. This represents a significant change from the existing models which have grown to be disjointed and inconsistent.

To support this, we would like to gain information from partners and the broader market regarding a number of issues related to the potential procurement exercise.
