Description

The Council is seeking expressions of interest in respect of the the works to complete a full refurbishment and re-fit of the Second Floor of the Coval Lane Building (Phase 2 section only) based on Chelmsford, Essex. The works will provide a modern refurbished office floor which will provide a managed space for small businesses who will have access to the local business support landscape. This process is subject to a geographical reservation under PPN 11/20 Reserving Below Threshold Contracts to the Essex region. Please do not apply if you are not located in the Essex Region.
