Description
The council wishes to purchase block contracted homecare hours to support the residents and tenants of Waltham House. On 18 September 2019 Derbyshire County Council will be inviting tenders from organisations experienced in the provision of homecare services to people who live in the Extra Care scheme in Wirksworth called Waltham House. The Council wishes to purchase approximately 235 hours home care per week. This is to be delivered 7 days per week, 24 hours per day, 365 days per year (366 days in a leap year). Daytime staffing must be flexible to meet the needs of people within the extra care scheme. The successful provider will also be placed on the current list of providers that are sent the opportunities for offering to undertake home care service packages to people living in the local community in and around Wirksworth via the Adult Care Brokerage Team
