A single point of access" for all media, a single repository defined by clear architecture and processes allowing access for the organisation to control and exploit its assets in a strategic way. To deliver on this ambition we need to implement a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, not as a free-standing platform but as part of an integrated approach to the management and archive of media assets across the organisation.
