Description
The Council requires a supplier for the provision of an Early Years Management Information System (EYMIS), this is a system that supports Early Years' service providers in collecting evidence to allow for easier and more efficient monitoring and evaluation of services.
The Early Years Management Information System (EYMIS) is a web-based information management system for early years services across Birmingham, including children's centres and childcare providers, for the purpose of monitoring and quality improvements. EYMIS shares information between the local authority, children's centres, early years' settings and partners, as well as internally between early years' services. It replaces all paper-based systems. The Early Years Team provides information and guidance relating to early years on EYMIS an on-line data base. Presently there are over 100 early education documents for early years providers to access.
This contract will be for a period of 6 months only, commencing 01/04/2021 until 30/09/2021. This contract will not be automatically renewed after this period, performance of the provider to meet agreed SLA's and KPI's will be rigorously monitored throughout the term. The Council will reserve the right to Terminate for convenience (as detailed in BCC's standard Terms & Conditions).
