Description

Surrey County Council is seeking to establish a term contract for the delivery of reactive and cyclical maintenance works. The Council manages and maintains a large portfolio of property. The prime aim of the term contract will be to facilitate the fabric, roofing and building maintenance in the west of the County. The term contract is intended to be in place for an initial term of 5 years with an option to extend by up to 2 years
