Description

The London Borough of Merton (LBM) invites quotes from suitably experienced and qualified organisations to deliver an evidence-based community-based treatment model to provide an alternative to out-of-home placements for children and young people presenting with a wide range of complex difficulties. The model will need to be a bespoke, intensive and specialist therapeutic programme, tailored to meet the requirements of each child and family in order to prevent children and young people from being placed in care, custody or inpatient units or alternatively to safely transition them back home to their families and homes.
