Midlands Connect is seeking quotes to create a c.30 page Annual Report, including design, print and
delivery in hard copy and digital formats, support with providing copy, as well as support for a launch
event to unveil the finished document, including event management and public relations. This is the
first such document produced by Midlands Connect.
